I'm back to running 3-4 times a week and tracking performance again in December. I couldn't be happier. While I did enjoy my time off from strenuous exercise post marathon, I am not enjoying the few pounds I put on.
My 2012 goal is finish a 5K with 26-something on the clock!!
(P.S. the 10:28 average time is deceiving since there are so many long slow runs averaged in.)
