This was my first week of the 14-week 1/2 Marathon Training program. My week looked liked this:
Tuesday-2.1 miles, 20 minutes
Wednesday-3.0 miles, 28 minutes
Thursday-30 minutes on bike, 5 sets of 1-minute planks
Saturday-4.3 miles, 41 minutes
Sunday-4.3 miles, 43 minutes, 5 sets of 1-minute planks
I hope everyone has a Happy Father's Day. I surely will be thinking of and missing my Dad today.
